A small batch, hand crafted Gin conceived and formulated on Plymouth’s historic Barbican. Distilled in small 30 litre batches in a traditional copper still using our own unique recipe. Bottled at 45% abv with the main botanicals of Milk Thistle providing earthy notes and Fennel Seeds providing a strong smooth finish, this is a classic gin that should not be over-complicated. In 2018, Barbican Botanics Gin was awarded a Bronze Award at the prestigious IWSC awards and was shortlisted by the Gin Guide Awards. Create the Perfect Serve; Mix at a max of 3:1 with a good quality Indian Tonic and drop in a slice of lemon for a classic G&T.
