In the ancient pine forests of Scotland there are some rare plants which have been producing juniper for centuries, so on discovering a specimen that is over 200 years old (in Scotland it is rare for Juniper to age more than 200 years old) we decided to do something special to honour this time aged fruit. We suggest you serve over ice with a good quality tonic and a flamed orange twist. Declared Style Produced using only fruit from this ancient Juniper bush and the wild rosehip that grows around it.
