Like a lot of ‘great’ ideas our Garden Shed story began over many glasses (or maybe bottles) of rouge so it seemed fitting that our next creation would pay tribute to that. Two years after the release of our first batch of Côte-Rôtie Aged Gin, our 2nd fill batch is now available with a different flavour profile.... we think it’s tastier than the first! Through an innovative & unique idea, we have managed to combine Garden Shed Gin with the delightful attributes of Cote-Rotie. By ageing our gin in an old wine barrique, it has naturally absorbed some the flavour left in the staves as well as a little colour. Join us on a little taste of our journey but please enjoy it responsibly....although we understand this may be difficult, because it’s delicious!
