The gin is distilled with all of the classic Christmas flavours we know and love, including ginger, cinnamon and cardamom. Perhaps the most distinctive thing about it, though, is the fact that it changes colour: when mixed with tonic water, it transforms into a vibrant pink. This is something which will no doubt bamboozle and amaze any guests you have over for a Yuletide drink. Almost entirely sourced from the distillery’s Secret Herb Garden, the ingredients used to create the gin are all natural.
