A further addition of a few pink peppercorns or a star anise can further enhance and intensify some of the core botanicals. Known Botanicals - Kaffir Lime Leaf, Pink Peppercorn, Star Anise, Orange & Lemon peel, Cardamon Tasting Notes - Nose: sweet citrus & pepper with a hint of liquorice. Palate: Super smooth and full of flavour, with warming spice on the tongue and notes of lemon and lime, which give a sweet lift towards the finish. Finish: Lime with hints of ginger.
